SERIO16 is growing, step by step

Just a few months after the start of construction, SERIO16 – Darian RE’s residential redevelopment project in the Scalo di Porta Romana area – has now reached an advanced stage of development.

The project, focused on enhancing the existing structure, has moved beyond the structural phase and entered the stage where the building begins to reveal its new layout. Interior spaces are being clearly defined through careful rationalization, and design choices are taking concrete form.

On the exterior, the facade renovation – alternating white with gray details – gives the building a more neutral and balanced character, in dialogue with the surrounding urban context.

Inside, the finishes have been designed to last over time: timeless colors and high-quality materials have been selected to ensure durability, functionality, and aesthetic continuity.

The new systems, aimed at improving the building’s overall performance and residential comfort, are now nearing completion.

The project’s completion, scheduled for February, is clearly on the horizon.

Every stage of the work contributes to shaping a residential project born from the dialogue between the existing structure and new living solutions, with a vision focused on enhancing the building over time.
