SERIO16 is a small, independent building that, through a careful process of renovation, preserves the authenticity and character of early 20th-century Milanese architecture. A place where architectural memory engages in dialogue with contemporary living needs, giving rise to functional, independent spaces refined down to the smallest detail.

​The project includes seven residential unitis for lease, complemented by a private office space, all designed to ensure state-of-the-art building systems, residential comfort, practicality, and a sober, essential design.
