SERIO16 is a small, independent townhouse that, through a careful renovation process, preserves the authenticity and character of early 20th-century Milanese architecture. A place where architectural heritage engages in dialogue with contemporary living needs, giving rise to functional, independent spaces refined down to the smallest detail.

​The development comprises seven residential unitis for lease, alongside a professional office space, all designed to ensure modern living comfort through state-of-the-art systems and a sober, essential design.
